About Andrew

Andrew James Taylor is an award-winning filmmaker whose work spans horror, science fiction, fantasy, and emotionally driven drama.

His horror short The Nocnitsa received multiple awards internationally, while his sci-fi fantasy film See The Sunrise further established his interest in heightened worlds grounded in human emotion.

His short comedy While We Wait was selected by a US agency and released on Amazon Prime and he won Best Music Video at Worcester Film Festival for St Louis – Debut.

He has worked across numerous films and music videos internationally, including multiple projects in South Africa where he served as assistant and editor for an acclaimed director.

He is currently developing his first feature film, Imperfect, continuing his focus on intimate storytelling with bold visual and thematic ambition.
